Use these controls to create palettes and remap 24 and 8 bit dibs to
them or to parts of them.  Remember that the application remaps to
the middle 236 colors of the common palette which starts out all black.
The application is only ment as a demo, the real power of the controls is
the ability to create custom palette tools with VB.  I use them mostly from
design mode.

Although this is a beta version it seems to be fairly stable.  The controls
were created to support the xWinG vbx, which contains a WinG control and
a sprite control.
